Filing a complaint
To file a complaint, follow the steps below:

1. Return/complaint form
Complete the return/complaint form and attach it to the shipment. The document should contain the following data: name and surname, e-mail address or correspondence address, telephone number, indication of the product number and reason for the complaint, date of purchase and occurrence of the defect.

2. Returning the product
When filing a complaint, please return the product along with all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice.

3. Shipping
The complained product should be sent to the following address:

Return
In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days to return the goods. To withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, complete the return/complaint form and send it to our address along with the returned product(s):

Also include all accessories received with the form and the returned product(s) as well as the receipt or invoice in the package with the form and the returned product(s).
